We are a small family farm in the Mid-Ohio-Valley Region of West Virginia. We are completely committed to raising unique breeds that are flavorful and educating our customers on the importance of conserving these heritage breeds of livestock. We are dedicated to a pasture-based, grass-fed operation without the rampant use of GMO grains or antibiotics and our reasons for this approach are two-fold: first we care about the health of our own family and we believe this approach lends itself to that, and secondly, we are committed to growing food that is more nutritious for our customers. We take an organic approach on our farm and we are transitioning to becoming certified organic in the future.
